Got a customer that odered a few of these Polycom Soundpoint IP 331 phones. I've added the 3rd party IP phone licenses to their IP 500 module but I can't seem to figure out how to config the polycom phone. Does anyone have any documentation for making this phones work on an IP Office ?

never done it but try the document for IP6000 and IP7000 from Polycom and tweak it a bit. Make sure you upgrade the firmware on the unit as that is usually necessary to make it work.

That doc for the 6000 is pretty much spot on. I just connected 13 or so polycom 330/331 and seem to be okay after some fiddling with the dial plan options on them.
