Polycom issue

It's really weird. ACOD in my PABX is 9. When I use the polycom dial an external number, such as 963911234, the trace log indicated 963399112234 or 966399112334 or 96339112234 something like this.
Please help...
 
I'm not upset at all but look at the times they posted and you will see what I am talking about.

I once told someone I was working with that knew better and still could not get it correct that this was not rocket science, it is just a F*&^*&( Phone and not that hard.

My recommendation for all is to keep it as simple as possible. Don't try and make things too complicated. Basic common sense start with the basics and don't look for troubles where there is none.

I know people have troubles with the Nortel product line but for the most part it is because of inexperience not the Nortel product. You may have a vendor that does not have a way to get the proper patch levels or even knows about them. You also have end users that will not ask or pay for help. Well they get what they deserve.

Thanks for all your great advises. The problem solved. It was an echo issue. When I pressed mute button and dialed the number, it's going well. Thanks!
