Polycom IP7000 on 8.1.63??

Hi all, I have a polycom IP7000 conference phone that I can not get to register to an IP Office running 8.1.63. I tested them in the office on a demo system running 8.0 and they registered fine. Took the same unit to site, changed IP address, logged into webpage configuration screen, changed system ip address and login credentials, but never see them trying to register in System Monitor.

Any one have any ideas?? Is this a firmware issue??

If you don't see it trying it's probably best to wipe/default the Polycom, I doubt it's the IPO at fault :)

I agree, it's not the IP Office, I can register Xlite softphone with same credentials on my laptop. I just can't get the Polycom to register.
