IPO500V2 - 7.0.32 ISDN 30
DECT R4 - 4.1.30
Polycom IP7000
IPO, DECT R4 and Polycom on same subnet.
I have unticked allow direct media path on SIP extension and DECT IP trunk, issues below present when it is allowed or not
Issue 1
Polycom registered and working can call out to external numbers, internal alog extensions and internal DECT extensions. Polycom can receive calls from external numbers and internal alog extensions but when it is called from a DECT extension Polycom rings but when answered no voice either way.
Issue 2
When using Phone Manager pro with Polycom can call external numbers and internal alog extensions but when calling DECT handsets the DECT rings but no voice either way.
Both the above issues happen when I use a SIP client on my lap top as well as the Polycom unit, leading me to believe this is an general issue rather than a Polycom specfic issue. I have wire shark traces that I'm about to look into.
