Polycom IP 6000

I'm having trouble setting the time and date on the customers Polycom IP 6000. The phone is connected to the network and the phone system. I checked the support website and did what I was supposed to do in the user guide. It will not let me change from 1 Jan to todays date. So it just flashes the wrong date and time. If anyone has a fix could you let me know that would be great.
 
This forum has nothing to do with Polycom equipment, the fact it's connected to an IP Office is insignificant :)

put the time server into the appropriate field and if it doesn't work check your network.

Other than that nothing you will be able to do
