Can't make or receive calls, keep getting eroor "line unregistered". Can anyone help?

At the end of the day, it's just dial tone.
 
Check within the polycom set up the following:
Display name = blank
Address = extension number
Server1 = IP address of the system (VoIP daughter board)
Port = 5070, arrow to transport = yes
Transport = UDP = OK
save + reboot
 
I think it is happening mostly because of lack of internet connection or firewall blocking the packets.
Faulty port, cabling or DNS issues can also may be the reason for this error.

You should power cycle your phone once to resolve this issue. To do so, follow below steps:

1. Unplug the phone from the power.
2. plug it again after 1 minute
3. Wait for sometime until phone reacquire it's configuration and start back up.
