I am new to Mitel. I am trying to add a Polycom CX5500 to the system but I keep getting one way audio from the CX5500 to my 6920 desk phone. No audio coming out the CX5500. I do have working Polycom Trio 8800's on the system. I copied the config from one working extension to a new one that I created for the CX5500. I am also experiencing a dialing issue that I can call the CX5500 from my desk phone, but I can't dial out from the Polycom. I did copy the dial string info from a working polycom to the CX5500 with the web interface. Any ideas?
