Polycom 550D with Nortel 11c mini

Hi,

I bought a Polycom 550D conference phone for Nortel 11c mini. Can some one help me in configure.

I connected the phone. But no dial tone.

I configured as M3902 in LD20. I connected the phone. no luck.

Build it as a 2616.

How do i get the patch. I tried configuring as 2616. But no dial tone. Please help

I just left a Polycom site and it stated that the Polycom 550D is used for AVAYA sytems only.

SoundStation Premier (Expandable) 550D
- WORKS ONLY WITH AVAYA DEFINITY SYSTEMS

Is there another 550D???

I tried. Still no dial tone. Is there any way we can configure this Polycom phone????

As you are now no doubt aware there are two 550D polycom phones. one for Definity one for Meridian. Sorry there is nothing a user can do to change the settings.

How to differentiate these two???. What is par no for Meridian

The one I have has the following part numbers.

Interface - 2201-06415-004 (b)
Main Unit - 2201-06375-103 (a)
