Policy Server

Hi,

I've got a problem with my policy server. I install Checkpoint VPN-1 pro on a Nokia IP120 and in the SmartStatus on the management server which are not on the nokia IP120 say that the policy server is down.

I don't see anywhere something to install policy server on the Nokia ?????? Can i install a policy server on a Nokia IP120 or it's impossible to have one ?

On the management server object, do you have Secure Client Policy Server selected on the General Properties tab?

You don't have anything in The Global Properties on the Policy Server. But you can have on an object the possibility to select if the gateway have a policy server. Ok this is done like this but in the SmartStatus the policy server is pointed "! Down".

And when i install the module on the Nokia IP120 i see nowhere to install the policy server !
When i install Checkpoint on windows there is no problems.

Can i have a policy server on a Nokia IP120 ?

Your policy server sits on the management server, not the module. If it is licenced on the management server then you should be able to select it in the General properties tab of the SmartCenter server object.
