Can anyone help me? I need to setup a policy screen that comes up when you start outlook. I need it to say all the legal information and make the user accept or reject the policy. Accept gets them in reject closes the program. Can anyone lead me in the right direction. Thanks

What platform are the users running?

You can make win3.1/95/98/me show a message on boot with a login script.

You can make NT show a message on boot with a policy.

Don't know how to make lookOut do what your asking, unless you getting into scripting or something funny.

They are running 2000, NT, 98, 95. This will be a legal notice about email and internet usage so I can't be limited in characters like the logon script in the policy editor does. Can anyone help?

Try using Kixtart scripting I have a legal banner which appears offering a ECP electronic comunications policy to users when they logon every logon the bonus I have is that there desktop lies on the server with a folder structure and NT permissions alowing certain groups access to certain folders the bonus in this is I can delete there net use to the server for there desktop so as the background i.e. there desktop diappears and the policy appears a windows message box if they accept the policy the desktop refreshes if not they are logged off from the system. Njoy!
