Point to Point won't transfer

I have a remotely supported t1, point to point, legend network customer. The customer can intercom call across using the udp, but cannot transfer across. I have got to be missing a little setting, somewhere. Could anyone help me out? Thanks for your time.

You must give these Extensions trunk to trunk transfer or they can not do this.

What does the phone do/display when a user presses the transfer key and puts in a station number?

What about COS restrictions or FRL restrictions?

What software versions are on both ends?

I haven't looked, but you might check the Legend Networking document and the Feature Reference document.

You must also set REMOTE ACCESS for NON-TIE LINES.

Also check reliable disconnect is activated on both systems.

Thanks guys. I logged back into the system and checked these things out. Then called in to test and (without changing anything), all worked fine. I have no clue why it wasn't working before. All prints show programming correct. It works now and I told the customer to call if they have further problems.

I'll chaulk this one up to the powers at be wanting me to have a bad day.....lol
