Point to Point T-1 to Norstar

What is the standard setup for a Meridian Option 11C rls 24 to a Norstar rls 7.0 system. We have a PRI point to point T-1 and the Norstar has the PRI key code and the Option 11 has the NTAK09 card wiht the PRI daughter board. I have tried setting it up as ess4 and dms 100 but I am not able to access the trunks (no lines free) Any help will be appreciated.

Are the B and Channels established in the option 11 end? Have you tried NI1 or NI2 as the IFC?

The Option 11 would not support Ni2 because it is setup as DCHI in the ADAN. It would have to be a TMDI card or MSDL to support Ni2. The IFC is SL1 for another PTP that goes to an Option 51c. That would not work with the Norstar since we dont have that option in the setup.

you need the MCDN keycode for the Norstar.......once you have that, SL1 will be an option for dch protocol.....I never got any other option to work between Norstar and CS1000....The PRI Enabler keycode by itself will not allow SL1 protocol on the Norstar.
