We have a BCM 400 rls 3.7 with a point to point PRI going to a MS Link system. We programmed the destination codes to ring sets on the Link system and we created target lines for the Link to connect to the BCM stations. We hare having one problem, the Link is unable to dial out of the BCM 400 they access the PTP but are not able to dial out it give a fast busy. I set up PRI A and PRI B in remote package 001 and all the physical trunks are set up in remote package 001 and extended the timer to 11. Is there any thing I missed?

Did you program the Link System to insert the access code for dialing out on the BCM side, usually 9. You can use BCM Monitor to see what digits the trunks are seeing. I have found this is a good way to resolve these issues since it shows you what digits may be missing from your dial string.

The Link vendor says that there is a 9. I opened the BCM Monitor but the area where the trunks are shows no available lines. Is there some other area where it show the active calls. I have opened up BCM Monitor on newer softwares and it does show the lines and calls being made.

If you had no available lines you wouldn't be able to dial out of the BCM at all. It sounds like the version of monitor you're using isn't compatible with the software on the BCM and unfortunately this is the only place to see the calls without a protocol analyzer. My guess is you're not receiving the access code but you'll need the monitor working properly to prove. Maybe you could download a new (old) version from the BCM.

I was able to download the compatible monitor and you are right the access code is not presented when the Link system tries to dial out.
