Found the answer to my own question. I was just looking for an RSS generator that is not associated with a Blog. I already had the audio file and and just wanted the RSS info. It doesn't seem like this type of generator would be hard to find on the internet but it was. It was extremely difficult sorting through garbage hits. Anyway, I thought I'd share my find so you don't go through the same hunt that I did.
Generates it all and then gives you the xml file for download. Pretty simple.
