Hi, can anyone tell me how to tag pms colors in Photoshop 5? I have designed a logo for a firm and the printer wants the pms colors. Do i need to do it before I create the image, or can it be done on an existing one? Need a reply A.S.A.P. if possible.
Thanks,
1 - Simply select the color with the eyedrooper

2 - click the color in the tool bar

3 - select Custom in the box that will appear, this should give you the closest PMS from that color.

Andre Vandal
Andre Vandal
dezign@canada.com
<a href= Dezign's Sites
A bit of eveything Celestial

Green 69BF2A
Blue 375FE4
Orgy-Red CA5020

HELP!!!!!!!!!RUSH!!!!!!!!!

You'd need a pantone swatch book handy or eyeball it on the monitor to actual stitched patches / thread, do you have a thread sample book to match to?
