Customer's comments about phone manager pro.

"The problem is using the call back feature from the call history. I need to find a way to remove the area code from local calls and to add a 1 to long distance calls."

I don't recall a way to fix this. Do you guys know of a shortcode or something???

You could use LCR and make the short codes like:

Code: 1847N
Telephone Number: N
Feature: Dial
Line Group: 1 (or whatever yours are)

Do this for each Local Area code to strip off the 1 and Area Code. This will strip off the 1847 from the begining of the number, and send the rest to line group 1 for dialing.

Ok I will try it. It sounds like it should work. I will let you know when it works.

You would actually want to change that shortcode a bit. Since your callback from PMP would never include the 1 using 1847N wouldn't work.

Instead try the following under user shortcodes:

LD Calls:
Code: xxxxxxxxxx
Telephone Number: 1N
Feature: Dial

Local Calls:
Code: 847xxxxxxx
Telephone Number: N
Feature: Dial
