The PMM for MIMesweeper is not working giving errors 'system busy, try again later'. I have been receiving numerous alerts via email saying 'The security service appears to have 12 stuck messages'. I have checked exchange everything seems fine, all emails are sending ok. Within event viewer application there are lots of errors. Is there anyway to release these messages and allow PMM to run.
Thanks for any replies.

All the messages that are due for delivery are in the C:\Prog Files\Cleaswift\.....\spool\domain (from memory) folder on the box.

If you stop the services and move the dozen messages to one side you should see things start to flow again.

I checked the spool folder and it was empty? All mail kept building within the message area folder.
Unfortunately the more I deleted the more it built up. This was preventing external mail coming through, so I've had to stop Mimesweeper for now. Do you know of any good documentation to help me rebuild it.

Personally i thought the documentation supplied by Clearswift was as good as any others available.

What version are you running?

The config is stored in text files in the C:\Program Files\......\config (from memory) so if you think you have got a software corruption etc you can take a copy of these files and then run a fresh install and copy the config back in later.

This does require that you re-patch to the same revision level.

If you have never looked at them the config files are quire readable (notepad) and so you should be able to see what config you are putting back in as well.
