I am trying to run a PMIX report for year to date, but exclude certain items. How can i exclude items by item number?

You can utilize the non sales category option. Create a non sales category for the items you need or for the items you DONOT need to be in this report and choose only the needed category in your report.

Tried the Non sales category. Pmix is still showing a product if it has been sold year to date. Any other suggestions?

Sorry it did not work for you but this is what I did.
1.created a nonsales category "TEST" and added a few items in it.
2. Run Pmix report, and editted my settings"
Uncheck Inc. sales and retail cats
Check on Incl. Non-Sls/Retail cats.
Click on the "TEST" category that I just created.it should turn Blue or get highlighted.
Uncheck Select All
Saved the settings
3. Run the report.

Let me know what happens.

I think once i regrind all the year to date data, the above steps will work, Thanks for the help and i'll let you know.

To regrind multiple directories I use a batch file that deletes GNDDBF30.XXX from the dated subdirectory, wait a few seconds and grind should run one day after another. I would not delete this file for more than 10 days at a time, so as not to discombobulate grind.exe. and if it hangs up just find the dated subdirectory that it is grinding and copy GNDDBF30.XXX from another directory.
