PMG connection to Database

I have set up Traffic analysis using Performance Data Manager but when I open the Presentation Manager application i don't seem to get any connection to the database. The message shown in lower left is 'Initializing connection to database server...

Any ideas?

Yes the problem was resolved just yesterday. There was a DLL conflict with another application. I removed the other application but i could have changed the registered path to the DLL i guess.
