PM Pro Screen pop. Class not registered

Morning Gents.

Trying to test Screen popping Act!2010 (not supported but can't hurt to try)

Dialer works fine, but inbound calls cause phone manager to pop up "class not registered"

Sniffing round google has told me this error is usually down to a missing/incorrect reg entry.

Anyone seen this or know what im looking for?

just our of interest, have you got play sounds ticked in PMP??

I have seen that error when play sounds is ticked and there isn't a sound card to play on.

I did have it ticked, but unticked it and still same error.

Did a bit more digging, apparently i need microsoft tapi.net.

The user can select which Contact Management should be popped:

theres no free tapi.net its a trial shareware.
 
Any luck with this? I am using IPO r5 and Act! by Sage v2010 and am getting the same error message when trying to pop. What was required to get the dial from Act! to work? Our idiot salesman promised a screen pop even after he was told only for Act! v6

I am also assuming I need 1 $159 Add it license for each user and the IP Office Tapi driver from the User CD.

i didn't do the licenseing so i dont know.

just using avaya tapi and the add on. no pm pro.

the add on also controls the inbound screen pop. if it recognises a CLI from act, it pops a small winow giving the option to jump to that record. simple but effective.

So you only bought 1 version of the item listed in the link? How many users? I have 5 users. The website lists the price at $159. I am assuming that is per user.

Rather expensive though considering you can get a full operating system for those kinds of prices :)

The link takes me to the "Dial-it" software on the crmaddon website. Follow the link and it lists it for $159.
