PM Call Transfer Feature

What version of PM allow a caller to be transferred out of the system using C/O Call Transfer feature.

Example. Caller hears voice mail message and can either leave a message or is offered a press off to be transfered to an outside number like a cell phone.

PM performa a flash and then dials and releases. Is this possible if so what version was it first released on?

Partner Mail, Partner Messaging, and Partner Mail VS all allow Centrex Transfer, but ONLY from a Selector Code in an Auto Attendant, NOT a mailbox.

Your option with Partner Mail and Partner Messaging is to 0-out to a mailbox that points to another Auto Attendant, and instruct the caller which selector code to press to do the transfer.

With Partner Messaging, any release, I would make the mailbox point to a spare auto attendant, make the prompt say "To leave a message, press 0 or stay on the line. To transfer to my cell phone, press 1". Set selector code 1 for Centrex Transfer, disable all other selector codes, make Dial-0/Timeout record a message in the General Mailbox, make the General Mailbox ownwer be the extension that you started from in the first place, make the schedule follow the business schedule, and make it closed all days, so you only need to record the Night greeting for it to work, unless you only want the transfer capability certain days and hours, then go ahead and set the schedule.

 
They have Partner Mail the old metal box on the wall. Is this the PM you are referring to?
 
Yup, so you would use class-of-service to steer an extension to an auto attendant. COS 15=AA-1, 16=2, 17=3.
 
COS for a MB only goes up to COS 9.
