I need some help in the given scenario. I have a dial up user which will connect to my exchange server which is located in uae. Now I need that user to connect to web mail server that is located in usa and send and receive his mails from that web mail server .

Point to note is that the dial up user don’t have a static ip.

What will be the best solution to implement ? plz help me in this matter asap.

Thanx for any response from your side.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly but I'll give it a shot.
If you have Outlook Web Access running on your Exchange server, all the user needs to do is go to your URL and launch the session. Having a static IP address on the client is not an issue. I have sales managers who travel all over the US connect this way. All they need is an Internet connection. If your user is dialing in to your network via RAS and he can not resolve the name of the server try using the actual IP address of the server or have him edit his LMHOST file to include the proper address. Hope this helps
