hi everyone!
i have imported the oracle database in a dmp file. now i want to import dmp file in ms access. and then export access database to oracle again. can anyone help me out in this. plz its urgent.
waiting anxiously

Cant help you on that. But whatever you are trying to do, may perhaps be possible without going through the "import to Access".
Can you tell us whats the purpose of all this, What are you trying to acheive.

if your oracle database is up and running, create an odbc connection from your access workstation, link to the oracle table and then use access query to create a table in your access database. I dont think you will be able to use a dmp file. the dmp file is an oracle binary file if I remember right.

thanx both of u for ur reply. yeah i'm currently running oracle and it is working well. but i don't have any idea how to create odbc connection while using access. will u plz guide me in detail how to do all this.
