Plugins for WM Service, or limiting all songs to X minutes?

I'm setting up an on-demand publishing point in Windows Media Services that basically streams anything in a specified directory. I was wondering 1) if anyone knew where I could find existing plugins, and/or 2) if anyone knows how I can limit all the media files from such a publishing point to, say, 1 minute, without physically truncating the files?

Never mind, I answered my own question. Under the Advertising tab, there's an option to use a wrapper playlist for each file selected, in which I'm including only the requested file, with a duration:
