PLS Pls Help

I have setup a clean install of exchange. I am having trouble with mail arriving with the x400 addressing visible and the smtp address at the end. Mail flow is working in and out but comes with this format showing. Doe;s anyone know how I can get rid of this and make mail arrive strictly using SMTP.
