Hi all I got a real problem with my Cable conection its always lagging and for one reason the date change always to 01-01-1970 why the modem do that ? i show u the logs

can anybody tell me why this thing happend?
when this happen the conection turn off but the modem still on and online but i cant use the internet or games i cant do nothing but the modem still on and online why why mr anderson why??? my modem model its SB5100 and its the 2nd modem a new one the cable company change my modem 2 times and the problem still here can anyone help me pls thanks in advance and sorry for my englis its not good im from Puerto Rico and here we talk in spanish lol see ya and thanks again.

usually the T3 timeout is usually a cabling issue and if it is then no matter nhow many times you swap the modem out you will have the same problems and as far as the signals they look ok but the signal level you have -10 it is pretty close to the -15 that signal needs to be between +15 and -115 which it is but I would call your cable provider and let them know you have the T3 time outs and also tell them you have alot of critical3 as well
