there are multiple cause's listed for this event but none seem to say there heat related.

What Loops are 20 24 and 28? Sometimes I get this if my clock card is acting up of if the the trunk that supplies my clocking is getting errors. you can try switching the clocks.

I agree on the clocking. My guess your primary reference is loop 2 and it had issues getting the clock signal from the CO. You can print this in LD 73

PRT
DDB

Loops 20 ,24 and 28 are mostly digital and analog phones. How does my clocking from the CO tie in with my loops??.....here is the printout in ld 73

Your clocking is supplied throughout the system by the T-1's. By your print out loop 2, the one that had issues, is your secondary reference with your primary being loop 19.

Ok thank you!
so it looks like the pref clock 2 had issue's could this have been caused by CO as well or just internal on the pbx?

The error messages are not really self explanatory, here they are. Doesn't make much sense to me on the first 2 but the DTA0005 menas it lost the far end. If you do a
stat 2 in LD 60 what does it show?

DTA0002 loop Message received with wrong chip field.
