Communication manager 1
Intuity audix map40 v4.4-7
Cms sunblade 150 V???
I’ve been told by Avaya that since we’re running such old versions of Definity, Audix, and CMS that there are no DST patches available. Instead we’ll have to manually change the time. I’m new in this role and would like to verify this is correct
Definity
(one time only)
In ASA connect to definity
Cha locations
Change Daylight-savings rule from 1 to 0
(twice a year)
Connect to definity via web browser
Go to set server time / timezone
Set new time
Audix
(twice a year)
In ASA connect to audix
Customer service administration
System management
Unix management
Unix date and time
Change time
Answer “NO” to is daylight savings time used
Follow reboot procedures
CMS
(4 times a year)
In CMS login as root
CMS Exterm
Enter “ date ddmmhhmm” where dd=day, mm=month, hh=hour(military), mm=minute
CMS note: if I want to only change cms twice a year follow these steps if it applies to our version
CMS note 2: How do i check what version of CMS i'm running?
Thanks!
