Please - Need a PDF of Call Pilot 150 Install Guide...

I'm currently trying to decide between Prelude on a NAM, and the Call Pilot 150. I'm currently running Flash w/ACD.

The people who sell this stuff rarely know what they're talking about, so I find it most useful to look at the install manual to see what features it really has. If you have one, can you post a link. Thanks.

I found the reference guide on the Nortel site. Also, is there a separate manual for the Call Center (ACD) portion of the unit?
