Hello everyone
I am trying to connect a Policom Duo SIP phone to a NS700 but without luck.
I have already the licence installed and the 32 ext sip card configured but all I receive is dialtone but not able to call or receive calls.
Can anyone please ofer me some help?

Is it showing ins on the sip card.

have you set the register server as system ip address

have you set the user name add auth ID as the extension and setup a secure password on system and on the phone

what port are you using, check port settings, it maybe 15060 or not set

Thanks obtsystems.
it is showing INS , Polycom's IP address but all I have on the Polycom is dialtone .
There is no communication to other extensions nor receive calls.

have you webbed into the pollycom and check all the server details are complete. sometimes you will need to have more than one entry for the system.

sip server could be on 15060 and need ipaddress:15060 set in the server address

Yes, I gave the Panasonic SIP extension a number (101), a name (Polycom 20) and a pasword (1234)
On the Sip phone side,
I log in the Polycom phone with firefox and its IP address.
went to basic parameters and fill the sip server IP address as the PBX IP address,
the extension name and number.
They ask for a display name, I pot the extension name(Polycom 20)
Address I put the extension number (101)
Label I put the same as display name(Polycom 20)
for the port number I used 35060
even at this point the NS700 is not able to register or see the phone.
The IT manager has the ports unlocked.
Don't know what else to check.

Are you off site connecting this through a vpn or local.

Did you change the sip extension server port as by default it is 5060

the user name and auth is normally the extension number and the password is the 1234( which I advise to make stronger when you get it working), display name can be what you want
