I need to implement this urgent. I have 3 hardconsoles for my attendant and they are in a hunt group. Now I need to have proper call handling. I want such that when a caller comes in to my hunt group and after several rings if nobody will answer the call, it will go to a VDN that will route to another hunt group number. Also, if all attendant are busy same handling will be implemented. How can I do this?
