Please Help! Shadowing Users Gives Encryption Error?

When I try to shadow a user on Metaframe XPe from the Citrix Management Console installed on a networked PC I get the login prompt, and after entering my username and password, I recieve an error that says that I dont have the "Proper Encryption Level" to establish this session.

This is driving me nuts and apparently is in none of the documentation? (I find this hard to believe!)

Can anyone tell me how to change the encryptions setting for shadows session using the CMC?

Incidentally, both servers are SP1 FR1
