Hi,

I am setting up exchange and our domain that we log into is PSI but our current e-mail system uses username@proservices.com.

Will this cause any problems with Exchange 2003 having the different names??

Are you running Small Business Server ?

There is a tool, in SBS that sets it all up for you, however. The answer is no, there will be no problem with the different names, just make sure you set up your recipient policy.

Just remembered, i think you can still run the internet email wizard on exchange 2003 by right clicking on the domain in the exchange system manager

K, thanks for your help. I will let you know if I run itno any problems.

There is no relationship between your SMTP domain and AD domain unless you set one up. The SMTP domain is handled by the Recipient Policy in Exchange, and can be whatever you want it to be.
