Please help for this one Stuck?

Forwarding a phone, why is it that when a user tries to forward before having the class of service CFXA now on CFXD they can't
forward to voicemail 3333? Is there something else that has to be changed. I am going through all dig/anlog phones to change cfxa to cfxd.

Is where there forwarding to a cdp code?? Or is it to a loation off site? Sometimes when using a centralized voicemail system that is not located at your facility CFX has to be allowed.

is 3333 a dsc sending those digits to a tie line? prt the tn of 3333 and one phone that will not forward to it...

Ok it seems that the 4 digit number for voicemail is in fact an external number. Is there any way
around this one. I am stuck. People are able to forward to 9 which leaves the system at risk for toll calling however they must be able to
forward to v/m that is an externalnumber b/c it resides at the other office. Please help?

If it is CDP will CFX works with the CFXD and allow to fwd to 3333 and not permit fwd to 9.

how is it networked, look at your rdb, you might just need to change that one to int instead of external, another direction is as above, look at 4444, ld 87 new cdp dsc 4444 with a new rli with the frl set down to a 1... lots of ways to get around that, next step is to prt 4444, and let us see the actual routing... you can send one number external without openning the door to fraud
