Please! Help? EOD process encountered errors!

Hi,

I have this system "aloha" in my store, and i dont no who touch anything, but now appear this message.

And in the point sale appear "Proccesing End Of Day" ... but never stop!
Any ideas please?

Honestly unless you have a decent amount of technical experience with the product that will be best left to a qulified support technician's eyes and hands. If you don't have a local dealer of support tech let us know and one of us "old hands" could probably remote into the system and get you squared away.

You changed the date on the back of house computer.

Sorry, just read the entire debout, looks like the directory 20111108prob already exists. you can rename the directory under \alohaqs\ then let the FOH create a new directory and finish EOD
