Hi Guys,
I have a NEC IPS2000 system that I interface using MatWorx (7 i think) on an old Server 2000 box that lives in a dusty corner somewhere.
I inherited this system and have the duff job of working on it. The 'server' seems to host the voicemail, it has QMaster-EX (with an application called 'Administrator') installed on it and I've noticed I can stop the voicemail light on the phones by stopping an 'Application Service' on the this. I can't log into the Administrator program as I don't know the PIN (password).
I used to be able to make the auto attendant (which seems to live on extension 1999, then forwarded to extension 1024 when you dial 1999 internally) work when it stopped working by restarting the server n-number of times. Now I've got to a point that when we ring in on the main line (extension 500 in our case) it just rings the reception phone without cutting to the auto attendant.
Where has it gone? How do I get it back!
Help please!
Also, I'm a bit of a simpleton so could you be so kind as to explain everything simply please!
