Please help, Aloha missing date

Hello
Aloha can not "see" some of our old date, for example, in Nov of 2011, aloha reprint check can not see date of 20111107 or 20111116, the sub directory of these missing date is still in aloha directory. Somehow aloha treat it is missing.

Any clue? We did upgrade aloha one time, but weird thing is that it only overlook few days.

Have you tried regrinding those dates

from the run command type %iberdir%\bin\grind.exe /date 20111107
do the same for 20110116

did and it grind, but still no see. Thanks

Make sure there is a DONE30 file in that folder first. Also some older versions cannot "see" older dates when there are too many dated subdirectories. Check the "Number of days to keep on drive" in Maintenance > Store Settings > System > Disk Maintenance and set it to 999. Also try moving newer dated subs out of the Aloha folder and see if it shows up after restarting Aloha Manager.

Aloha only allows you to go back a certain amount of days. If the dated subs exist and gnd files exist in the dated sub, most likely you will need to move some current dated subs out to see the older dated subs.
