Please guys help me! freezing problems when runnig certain programs

Ok my personal computer was infected by some spyware 2 days ago, since then I updated my virus scan and ran adaware. I thought every thing was cool until I had to go into the registry and removed some trails left by the spyware and I also deleted some folders.

Ok here is my problem now whenever I am running a game I notice that the program freezes quite a number of times.

I dont know what else to do I am loosing sleep over this because I just build this computer.

Try the microsoft beta version of spyware which is available on there web page. Its better than adware in my opinion.
