1 Partner ACS 1.0 Control Unit - 4 Universal Slots
2 2-Port C.O. Line x 6-Port Station Module
1 2-Port C.O. Line Module
Partner Mail VS -- 4 Ports & 20 Mailboxes
Configured to support up to: 9 Lines x 20 Stations
Brief Synopsis:
Someone, somehow, flipped the power switch on our system; the AAA batteries were dead. Now, the only thing that functions properly is calling out.
ALL programming is gone; when a call comes in, lines 1-4 light up (although there are eight lines) after one ring and "...call is being transferred..." message; VM gone; front door bell doesn't go to phones; All-Call (int. *70) gone; etc, etc. Everything is gone!
I don't know where to start. In the ACS Control Unit there is a Backup/Restore PC Card in slot-1, might this help?
Please let me know if more info is needed. Slow business has already opened a big wound; this problem is now acid thrown into it...please help me.
