Please Assist - ACCS 7.1.2.2

I want to install ACCS 7.1.2.2

I need to find the below on Avaya's portal and I cannot find them anywhere:

1. MediaServer_10.1.0.48_A2_2021.12.17_OVF10.ova
2. WebLM-8.1.0.0.7-32857-e65-9.ova

I have logged a support call with them so they could help me navigate the mess that is their downloads portal, and to my surprise they are not able to assist. Please advise if any of you have experienced this problem and can point me in the right direction? They pointed me to this already https://support.avaya.com/kb/index?page=content&id=SOLN368813 and the download links don't work.
