Hi and thanks for taking the time to read the thread.

I have been asked by one of our partners if it is possible to have a PLDN (or MCR?) hunt 3 DN's Mon-Friday 08:30-17:30 then forward to a mobile after these times, and also forward between 09:00 and 16:00 on a Saturday.

I can create the PLDN or MCR without issues, but I am unsure if;

1. I can add an external/mobile number to the Hunt Group
2. Forward an MCR to an external number

We currently use CS1000e 7.5 and i2004 phones. We also have Symposium and Callpilot, either or both of these can be utilised.

Again thanks for you help and time

I would try to make the users Call Forward - you KNOW the schedule will change certain days, and it is best if they control when the calls forward.

If you are stuck using technology over human intervention, you will make a Call Pilot/Application Builder ap with a time of day schedule - then that will be the box that forwards the call, not the hunt group or the phone

Yup, stuck using technology. That's what I thought I would need to do, I just wasn't sure about being able to route the number to one that doesn't exist in our range/is external.

You could build a phantom DN with a forward to your mobile, FTR DCFW 9npanxxdndn,then it's similar to a internal forward...

Thanks for the replies, I think I will have to go down the App Builder/Callpilot route, was hoping not to but hey-ho.

30n30w - I said this from the off, but they don't want phantom phones on the system and it isn't time controlled like they want it.

Don't mean to confuse, but one feature of Phantoms will allow you to forward externally with control. If you were to define a phantom DN 1234 and set it to DCFW to an external number, your callpilot app (at the appropriate time) can then transfer to an INTERNAL number (1234) and the call will be transferred EXTERNALLY.
