Playing sound wave file when opening database

I am trying to set up a database where a sound wave plays when the database is opened. I have the sound wave saved on my drive. Can anybody help me please?

You can create a Macro call "AutoExec" Access, recognizes this and runs the macro on startup. Within the macro use the runapp action. In the command line enter the path of your media player and the file that you want to play. You will need to check the documentation of your media player to find the proper sytax to use for the command line arguments.
