Playing mpeg movie in Flash slideshow 1

I currrently have a Flash slideshow playing on the home page of a new Web site I am setting up. I'd like for this slideshow to also play an mpeg movie.

I am very new to Flash. Can someone tell me how to do that?

Sort by date Sort by votes
Export the file in a movie format instead of .swf format. Go to File > Export > Export Movie. Use the drop down combo box to change Save As file type.
