I am fairly new to application builder. The CP I have taken over has a number of existing announcements associated with it. I cannot seem to locate where I can go to play these "voice items" to hear what they sound like. I see where to create and to edit, but not play ones that are existing. Can someone assist?

Playing Existing Voice Items 1

Open one of the applications. On the toolbar at the top of the page, go to Define - Voice Items. It will bring up the list of all the voice items in that application. Pick one, go to Edit - Record. You'll need to put in your phone number. You'll get a little player screen, where you can click on the arrow to play the recording. It will ring your phone and play. Do this per application.
