Hello all,
I have Installed a Contact Store 7.8, when click the radio button of the call I want to play. the audio is retrieved from the server but the audio waveform is not shown in the top of the screen.
when I click the play button, nothing action happen.
I configure my browser as in the book.
this problem not just on the server contactstore installed on it, I try a different PC'S on the network.
Whats to do next.
