I upgraded my computer and the shop transferred my pictures from my old computer to the new.

I was playing around with the User Accounts the other day and now I can't find any of my pictures.

I have looked under C:\Documents and Settings
and they are in no user account. I can't seem to access the Administrator account but when i right click and check properties it says that it contains 0 kb

Can anyone throw any suggestions as to where the folder with my pictures has gone?

Did you try doing a search for them?
If they are jpegs just search the entire drive for *.jpg

See if any of these are useful as you explore XP.

You must turn off "Simple File Sharing" in Folder Options/ View to access the Security tab (or use Safe Mode).

Use access control to restrict who can use your files

What is the name of the folder the pictures are in?
