Hello.

This is my first questions about this.

I am installing a VMPRO and it seems all runs perfect but I have a very "difficult" question for us.

The final action in one module is "transfer directly" to a user. This runs ok, but would be perfect for me if when VMPRO transfer the call to a user, the user can hear a message first (a wav file)and then the user can talk with the caller.

¿Is it possile?

The feature you want is called "Whisper" search for that in the VM help files

does whisper transfer hold the voicemail port while waiting for an answer? Or just to play the annoucement on answer?

Good question, I would imagine it'll be like an assisted transfer would be, I will test tomorrow

yea, heavy use of ports if that's the case. i couldn't be bothered testing now myself bas is floating around though, he has plenty of spare time

Now i am testing it.

Whisper works with the port until the call is transfered (the porta is in use until the .wav ends).

Have VM transfer the call to User A, User A does a manual assisted transfer to User B and speaks the wav file manually, then user A then completes the transfer to User B.

No VM Ports used.
