Plastic Receiver-Hanger Widget!! 1

I am desperately seeking replacement widgets for 8400 series phones. This is the little plastic piece that slides in flush under the flash hook when the phone is on the desk, or flips out for when you hang the phone on the wall the keep the receiver on. Our folks are very hard on these wall phones and I have perfectly good sets that are now missing the widgets. I begged some off my vendor (he happened to have some in a box left over from dead sets) but need more. I have even been to the Avaya website. Any one have any idea where I can get these little parts??

i just switch that piece out with a desk phone somewhere, since they don't need that piece.

Yes, we do that but it happens so frequently that we run out of wall phones. They are used by officers in prison housing units and they are well abused -the phones, course, not the officers!
