Has anyone been able to get the Headset Plantronics Savi 740/Plantronics W01 & W02 to work with auto answer with headset option in Cisco Call Manager 7.1.5
Do you have the "Wireless Headset Hookswitch Control" enabled in the Product Specific configuration layout? (Down near the bottom of the form under the "?" area. This is a required setting for the SAVI (as well as the new Jabra headsets) This is in addition to Auto Answer being enabled for the line.
After enabling this it is usually necessary to RESET the phone.
