Plantronics CS60 Wireless DECT Headset and IP Softphone

Hi All

I have a customer with an SO4 an IP Softphone. They are using a CS60 Headset which has a talk button on the headset.

On incoming calls they are answer them using the space bar but can't do it using the talk button on the headset.

The headset software has an option to select Avaya Softphone during set up but still no cigar.

Anyone else using this as it's a great headset, but they want to be able to answer calls from the headset while they are walking around.

Any assistance appreciated.

There is an electronics headset lifter you can use, but only in combination with 5620. It uses the eu24 interface. When you get an inbound call, you get a beep in your headset and you'll be able to answer it with the button on your headset.

Note. it's a ACM part, not IPO.

Thanks for the info.

Customer is using Softphone on IPO so no handset, it's a USB connection to the computer.
